The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists
RANZCO is the professional body representing more than 890 ophthalmologists (medical eye specialists) in Australia and New Zealand. The College provides a range of services to improve the standard of eye care in Australia and New Zealand, and promotes scientific research and the training and education of ophthalmologists.
RANZCO established The Eye Foundation in 2002.

The Ophthalmic Research Institute of Australia is the research division of RANZCO. The ORIA is a non-profit organisation, dedicated to promoting research into the cause of eye disease and the prevention of blindness.
