Peter Keel - Chairman

Peter KeelPeter Keel is a partner of law firm Maddocks. Peter specialises in commercial dispute resolution and reputation management, and is the co-author of Reputation Matters (CCH) a guide to corporate communications. Peter also chairs the Bundanon Trust, being the Arthur and Yvonne Boyd gift to the nation on the south coast of NSW. Peter supports various institutions and charitable organisations.

 
Professor Frank Martin AM - Vice Chairman & Company Secretary

Frank MartinProfessor Frank Martin is a prominent Sydney paediatric ophthalmologist, and a past President and council member of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (RANZCO). He is Chairman of the Board of the Children’s Medical Research Foundation, and Director of Ophthalmology for Vision Group in NSW.
