October 9, 2008 marks a global initiative of Vision 2020, with the support of leading eye health organizations, to help raise awareness for eye health in Australia. This year World Sight Day will focus on vision and the ageing eye as each nation member of Vision 2020 comes together to put the spotlight on this important aspect of our community.
